The primary firm practice concentration has been representing building owners in large projects having significant design and construction defects. This practice has involved hundred-plus condominium unit developments, large planned unit developments, government buildings, and hospitals.

 This representation has led to significant experience for more than 25 years in State and Federal Court litigation, mediation,  arbitration, and Appellate experience both in State and Federal Appellate Courts. In addition, significant experience has been developed in all aspects of Property and Casualty Insurance as it relates to coverage for defects, as well as Professional Liability coverage for design professionals.
